General

The Morgans is located at 322b Paekākāriki Hill Road, Pāuatahanui. Please allow extra time when arriving, as the driveway is long, narrow and scenic. Drive carefully and follow all posted instructions.
The driveway into The Morgans is long, narrow and scenic. Please drive slowly, follow the posted speed limit and use the pull-off bays where needed to allow vehicles to pass safely.

Art Park and Sculpture Tours

Yes. The Morgans offers fully guided private Art Park tours for individuals and small groups of up to 20 guests.

Tours must be arranged in advance. For more information on our tours and how to book, please visit our Art Park page.
Morgans Art Park visits are by appointment only. Please use the Sculpture Tour booking or enquiry form on our website to arrange a visit.
Yes. Good walking shoes are necessary because the terrain is undulating and includes natural outdoor surfaces.
No. Sculpture Trail visits are not weather dependent, so please come prepared for the conditions on the day.
Please allow enough time for the full guided Art Park experience. Tour timing may vary depending on the group and the tour arranged, so please check the details when booking.
Yes. Personal photography is permitted for non-commercial purposes. Commercial or professional photography and filming require prior written permission.
No. Drones are not permitted at The Morgans Art Park or Sculpture Trail.
No. Animals and domestic pets, including dogs, are not allowed on The Morgans Sculpture Trail.

Yes. You need a Morgans account to book tee-off times online, manage bookings, share bookings, update bookings and cancel eligible bookings.
Tee-off times should be booked online through The Morgans website. We do not accept requests to reserve tee-off times beyond the weekly release schedule.
Tee-off times are fixed. If you are late, you may be required to rebook so that other players’ scheduled tee-off times are not disrupted.
No. Tee-ing off early is not permitted because it can interfere with other players’ scheduled tee-off times. Please start at your booked tee-off time.
Yes. All players must pay full admission, even if they only play a few holes.
No. The Morgans does not offer children’s or youth rates. All players must pay the applicable full admission fee.
There is no formal dress code at The Morgans. However, all players must wear footwear that will not damage the playing surfaces, especially the greens.
Yes, but The Morgans is a 9-hole course.

To play 18 holes, you need to book two separate tee-off times. Most players take around 2 hours to complete 9 holes, so please allow enough time between your first and second booking.
You can share your booking in multiple ways.

Method 1 – Send a booking invitation to other players

To share your booking please follow these instructions:

  1. Log into your Morgans account
  2. On your Morgans account page you will see your list of current bookings with a Share button visible on the right-hand side of each one.
  3. Clicking the Share button will take you to a form where you can enter the email address of the player(s) you’d like to invite to join your tee-off time.
  4. Submit the form and we’ll then send a booking invitation email to the addresses you’ve specified with a link to join your booking.
  5. The new player(s) can then book and pay separately.
Note – the sharing form above is also displayed each time after you make a booking for easy sharing.

Method 2 – The new player uses our Join an Existing Booking form

Another easy way that your friends can join your booking is as simple as you telling them your tee-off time and surname.

Then the new player needs to do the following:

  1. Go to the Join an Existing Booking form on our website.
  2. Enter the tee-off time and surname used in your current booking
  3. The new player can then book and pay separately.
Yes. You can request exclusive use of The Morgans for a full day or half day. Exclusive bookings are available on weekdays only and are not available on public holidays.

No. Golf club hire is not currently available at The Morgans. Please bring your own clubs.
Yes, a small number of golf buggies are available for hire on weekdays only. They are not available on weekends or public holidays.

Buggy hire costs $60, payable at the clubhouse on arrival. It must be booked in advance and is not available on demand. Please contact us via the Contact Us form to arrange a booking.
No. Dogs are not permitted on The Morgans golf course at any time.
Yes. Non-playing adults such as spectators, caddies, spouses and friends may accompany a player on the course.

A course access fee of $23 per spectator applies, payable by EFTPOS inside the clubhouse on arrival. A maximum of two non-playing adults per player is permitted.
After booking, follow the access instructions provided with your tee-off booking. Do not allow anyone else through the entry security gate unless they are part of your booked group.
Only registered players and paid non-playing adult spectators are allowed on the course. Do not allow anyone else through the entry security gate unless they are part of your booked group.
Yes. For safety and security, security cameras operate throughout the golf course and associated facilities. By using the premises, visitors acknowledge they may be recorded. Details are set out in our Privacy Policy.
No. Trundlers and push carts must not be taken onto the greens.
Yes. Please replace divots carefully on fairways and rough, and repair all pitch marks on greens using a proper pitch mark repair tool.
No. Please do not remove balls from the hole using the blade of a club, as this can damage the hole and surrounding green.
Our current green fees, multipass prices and other golf charges are listed on our main fees page. Please check the Fees page before booking, as prices and pass options may change from time to time.
We currently offer two types of Multipass rounds: Transferable Multipass and Non-Transferable Multipass.

Transferable Multipass (TM)

A Transferable Multipass can be used to pay for any player in a booking, making it useful for groups, families or people who regularly book for others.

Non-Transferable Multipass (NTM)

A Non-Transferable Multipass can only be used by the person who bought it. It is the most economical option for frequent individual players and is available in 10-round or 20-round bundles.
Yes. You can update your booking up to 1 hour before your tee-off time, subject to availability. Log in to your Morgans account, find your booking, click Update, and add the additional player.
Yes. You can remove a player from your booking up to 1 hour before your tee-off time by logging into your Morgans account and using the Update button. Any eligible player round credit will be applied according to the booking rules.
No. If your booking has been shared with other players, you cannot change the tee-off time. You may still be able to add or remove players up to 1 hour before tee-off.
Yes. You can update your booking up to 1 hour before your tee-off time. You can add or remove players and, in some cases, change the tee-off time. Please note: if your booking has been shared with other players, you cannot change the tee-off time.

To update your booking please follow these instructions:

  1. Log into your Morgans account
  2. On your Morgans account page you will see your list of current bookings with an Update button visible on the right-hand side of each one.
  3. Clicking the Update button will take you to a form where you can add/remove players and change the tee-off time
  4. Submit the form to confirm your changes.
You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your tee-off time. Cancelled bookings are credited to your Morgans account balance as player rounds, which can be used for future tee-off bookings. Refund payments are not given for cancelled bookings.

To cancel your booking please follow these instructions:

  1. Log into your Morgans account
  2. On your Morgans account page you will see your list of current bookings with a Cancel button visible on the right-hand side of each one.
  3. Click the Cancel button, then confirm your cancellation.
No. The Morgans does not currently offer memberships. Tee-off times are booked online, and frequent players can consider purchasing a multipass.
If there is frost, tee-off times may be delayed to protect the course, especially the greens. On frost days, the first tee-off time will usually be around 9.20am. We will normally make the call the night before and email booked players if their tee-off time needs to move.

Please repair a pitch mark as soon as you walk onto the green. If you cannot find your own pitch mark, please repair someone else’s. This helps keep the greens in the best possible condition for all players.

1. Identify the “back” of the ball mark. This is the side of the dent that has all of the turf pushed up to it.

2. Insert your pitch repair tool at a 45ᴼ angle behind the wall of compressed turf, ensuring that the bulk of the displaced turf is between the tool and the dent.

3. Gently push the top of the tool towards the ball mark, moving the surrounding turf to fill in the mark.

4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 a maximum of 4 times or until the ball mark is completely filled. Be careful to do this gently and don’t overdo it to avoid root damage.

5. NEVER prise the hole upwards - this damages the root structure, leaves a scar and makes repair more difficult

Clubhouse Concerts

Upcoming Clubhouse Concerts are listed on our website when tickets are available. You can also subscribe for updates to hear about future concerts.
Event tickets cannot usually be refunded or exchanged after purchase. The Morgans will refund a ticket if an event is cancelled, significantly rescheduled or changed, or where otherwise required by New Zealand law.
Late arrivals may be refused entry until the next appropriate intermission.

Payments

The Morgans does not collect or store any credit card information on our servers.

All online credit card transactions on our website are performed using the secure eWAY gateway. Information customers share with eWay is covered by their Privacy Policy. All transactions are performed under Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which encrypts the card details while they are transmitted.

Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by The Morgans staff or any outside party.
